The Core Tray Storage Pod is a robust, modular storage solution designed specifically for the geotechnical and mineral exploration industries. Engineered to withstand harsh site conditions while maximising core security and accessibility, this system provides a safe and efficient method for long-term core sample storage.

Constructed from heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant steel, each Pod is built to support a high volume of core trays with exceptional structural integrity. Its internal runner system supports trays along their axis, preventing sagging and preserving sample quality over extended retention periods. The bolt-together modular design allows for quick assembly, expansion, or relocation to suit evolving site layouts.

For enhanced functionality and on-site versatility, the Pod is equipped with two doors and a lock point, providing secure, weather-resistant protection for valuable core samples. The Pod has access points for 4 lifting eye bolts (1.2t) which has been integrated into the roof to allow for safe and efficient manoeuvring via crane or lifting equipment, whether transporting between locations or repositioning on site. Additionally, the base of the frame includes dedicated forklift access points, making it easy to move the unit without the need for disassembly.
