Engineered to meet the rigorous demands of both geotechnical drilling and mineral exploration, the Dynamics GTS Core Tray Storage Racking System delivers a versatile, scalable, and highly configurable solution. Purpose-built to accommodate both CoreTech recycled plastic core trays and traditional metal core trays, this system adapts seamlessly to a range of tray sizes and operational environments.

Specifically designed to support both CoreTech plastic trays and metal core trays, this racking system is ideal for operations transitioning between materials or maintaining mixed tray inventories.

Flexible Loading Options:

• End Load Configuration:
  Best suited for placement against walls or in space-constrained areas. Allows single-side access and is the superior racking solution on the market. The core tray runners provide adequate support along the tray’s longitudinal axis, reducing sagging and helping to maintain specimen integrity over extended retention periods.
• Side Load Configuration:
  Ideal for bulk storage, this layout allows access from both sides.

Modular Design for Easy Installation:
Our system is built from three modular components, allowing for fast setup and easy expansion:

• End Load Rack:
  Uprights with angles/fins on one side, used at the beginning and end of a racking run.
• End Load Extension:
  Uprights with angles/fins on both sides; connects seamlessly between End Load Racks.
• Brace Set:
  Includes diagonal braces fixed at the rear of racking bay, complete with all required nuts and bolts.

Each section between two uprights is known as a “Bay”, forming the basic building block of your storage system.

How to Configure Your Ideal Racking System:

To tailor your storage solution, please provide Dynamics GTS with the below details;

• The total number of core trays to be stored.
• Dimensions (L x W x H) of your core trays and whether they are plastic or metal.
• The available floor space (length and width) of your storage area.
• Your preferred loading type: End Load or Side Load
• If available, a floor plan or sketch showing your desired racking layout.
