Discoverer® Core Tray Storage Racking System
Description
Introducing a Robust and Modular Core Tray Storage Solution. Ideal for accommodating both Metal Core Trays used in Geotechnical Drilling and Discoverer Recycled Plastic Core Trays commonly utilized in Mineral Exploration Drilling. This versatile racking system can be easily tailored to accommodate Core Trays of various sizes.
Racking Options:
- Side Load: Recommended for bulk storage facilities, this design offers access from both sides of the rack, effectively doubling your storage capacity compared to End Loading Racking.
- End Load: Designed for placement along walls or in space-restricted areas where access is possible from only one side of the rack.
Our Modular Core Tray Storage Racking system is thoughtfully designed for straightforward installation, comprised of three key components: the End Rack, Extension Rack, and Brace Set.
- End Rack: Featuring Angles/Fins on one side of the upright, typically placed at the beginning or end of the racking system.
- Extension Rack: Equipped with Angles/Fins on both sides of the uprights, fitting snugly between the start and end uprights.
- Brace Set: Comprising 2 x Diagonal Braces and 4 x Horizontal Braces, complete with the necessary Nuts and Bolts for hassle-free installation.
The space between two uprights is commonly referred to as a “Bay.”
Creating Your Core Tray Storage Racking Solution:
- Determine the quantity of core trays you need to store and provide their LxWxH dimensions, specifying whether they are plastic or metal.
- Share the dimensions of your storage facility’s floor area and specify your preference for Side Load or End Load Racking.
- If available, provide a floorplan design illustrating how you envision the racking setup.
